Contribution to important industries

I'm a curious person. That’s why I applied for the job back then, because the tasks sounded really exciting. We produce components for customers in industries such as pharmaceuticals.

Being able to contribute to such a vital field just makes more sense to me. In our team, we are rewarded for using our curiosity to find daily optimizations. This means that we’ve become really good at spotting small, important improvements that can make the process faster, save materials, or improve quality.

One of my most important tasks is to produce graphic overlays and prints using serigraphic colors and foils on one of our fully automated machines.

I am responsible for the daily operation of the machine, ensuring that the quality is up to standard. I was shocked when I first arrived here. The technology is far more advanced than what I was used to. It took me some time to learn. Today, I'm passionate about working with screen printing at a high-tech level.

We always help each other

We have close cooperation in my team, where we always help each other with well-meaning advices and a helping hand.

When our colleagues in engineering are developing a product with the customer, they often talk with us about the possibilities in the production. We are in general great at assisting each other.

With knowledge from multiple perspectives, we avoid unnecessary frustrations and ensure that we create the best process together— from the early ideas at the development table to fully automated production in high volume.

The recipe for a great workplace

For me, a good workplace depends on three things: that I have the freedom to manage my tasks and my workday. At the same time, the tasks should be interesting and challenge me a bit, so I can grow—and ideally, I can do all this while working alongside great colleagues.

Fun fact

It’s never hard to tell when I'm having a good day at work. I both whistle and sing when the machines are running smoothly, and everything is going well.
