What is mechanical micromachining?

Mechanical micromachining is the process of high-precision manufacturing of small components needed for specific purposes. The process is carried out by a high-precision CNC machine using advanced technologies such as micro milling and micro turning.

CNC micromachining is ideal for prototypes and high-volume manufacturing of parts in advanced materials such as titanium, molybdenum or PEEK, parts with extremely small tolerances and projects with small or complex designs e.g., narrow channels or thin walls.
