Kemppi is one of the leading players in the welding industry. Recently, Kemppi’s purchasing and product management were in a phase of streamlining the portfolio.
“We needed to streamline the labelling and control
panels of our products. There were too many
variations in quality, material and colour”, explains Kemppi’s UI designer, Juhana Venemies.
A perfect task for Mekoprint – to make an overview of the different components, followed by an update and optimisation of designs and materials.
“So far we have updated material and production specifications for approximately 200 items. All the drawings are up-to-date, making Kemppi’s quality control more smooth”, says Steen Lind, Key Account Manager at Mekoprint.
