Labels and transfers foils intended to create awareness are produced with unique functional properties through the choice of materials. Foil, print and adhesives are designed and manufactured in accordance with the purpose and load.

The self-adhesive labels can be:

  • printed digitally and/or through screen printing, depending on the foil’s finished appearance.
  • produced in the highest quality, suitable for use on most industrial products.

Labels and transfers are used for, e.g. safety marking, identification, logo, instructions, instructions and warning labels.

ADHESION ON ALL SURFACES
The self-adhesive items are printed on the front of the foil and equipped with the right adhesive, so that the finished label or transfer is suitable for the environment it will be used in, and the surface it will be attached to.

Mekoprint always advises on the right choice of materials in relation to the requirements our customers have for the final solution. Mekoprint wants to ensure that our customers always get a product that is resistant to the environmental impact that the end product is subjected to, including heat, cold, sun, oil or chemicals.

DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION

With the latest colour measurement technology and Mekoprint’s digital and screen printing technologies, we match any requirements for colour reproduction of logos and graphics.

Self-adhesive, screen printed or digitally printed labels and transfers are delivered as format stamped items or as sets on sheets or rolls. On delivery, the items have been readied for assembly with the final product.

Mekoprint is ISO and IPC certified. Similarly, our customers can also draw on our extensive knowledge of which materials should be used to achieve, e.g. UL approval of a final product, where the label or transfer is included.

EFFECTS

The material used for the labels and transfers is crucial to the final result.

Mekoprint is happy to share knowledge on the latest new foils and their unique properties, which can help give self-adhesive labels and transfers the one thing that makes all the difference.

Also create additional effects on self-adhesive labels and transfers with:

  • a combination of different surface finishes which highlight the graphic elements in the design
  • 3D effects that can be achieved by the use of resin layers. The solution adds extra depth to the design as an emblem, and also protects it against wear
