Mekoprint has since the beginning produced industrial signs, suchs as metal name plate and metal scale solutions for the industry.
The scales are used in many applications (such as, for example, pressure gauges or flow metres), and are screen printed or digitally printed depending on the task at hand.
We use many different materials including stainless steel, aluminium (coloured or natural), and brass of a thickness of 0.3-1.0 mm.
The metal scale plate solutions can be made in several colours and can be sealed for unique durability.
When multi-colour raw materials in combination with laser engraving are used, unique products based on the same part geometry can be created.
Compared to digital readings, printed scale readings are fast and safe. There is also the possibility for reading several data at the same time.
