We offer various technologies, including high-precision laser micromachining. We always support our customers in selecting the optimal technology for the specific project, and with our laser technology, we can cut with very high and uniform precision.

Today, we deliver precision laser cut parts for many industries, such as the medical- and electronics industries.
These are segments with particularly high requirements for the quality documentation of the parts.

Laser micromachining of components with great advantages

The micro fiber laser cutting technology is the most efficient and accurate method that can be applied for sheet metal laser cutting. Among the many benefits are:

Unique solutions with extreme precision

Mekoprint Micromechanics has many years of experience in precision micro machining with the photo chemical etching technology, where we photographically transfer the item geometry to metal plates.

The precision laser cutting process is complementary to etching and is used effectively for complex details such as small openings, holes and traces. In addition, we have the opportunity to perform combined laser cutting and laser welding, to create completely finished solutions.

Laser cut part in different sizes and materials

The machine table for laser beam machining has a working area of 500x500mm, providing great flexibility and room for micro laser cutting and welding of both prototypes and serial production.

We manufacture precision components daily in materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, nickel silver, brass, copper and a wide range of other materials with unique and high-end surface finish standards.

We can handle surface treatments of components in the form of, for example, anodizing and lacquering as in-house technologies. Furthermore, we offer electrolytic nickel/tin, nickel/gold or other types of surface coatings in cooperation with external specialized partners.

From precise prototypes to the full series production

Mekoprint Micromechanics’ dedicated prototype development department works closely with your team of technicians to optimize and eliminate unnecessary costs before initiating the serial production.

We specialize in moving from the prototype production, with small tolerances and complex geometries, to the final series production – regardless of the volume.
