Since its founding in 1954, Mekoprint Micromechanics has evolved from producing metal signs to becoming a supplier of micro machined parts covering a wide range of technologies that support both metal and plastics production.

In 2015 we introduced the 5-axis micro milling, which was later supplemented with micro turning.

Micro turning is performed on a 7-axis high-precision lathe with a unique performance for micro machining and micro drilling of turned parts with high precision and small diameters. It has a speed of up to 15.000 rpm. on the spindles, giving the best conditions for producing the smallest diameters, for example machining of micro pins or machining of micro nozzle.

Micro turning is performed on high-tech machines separately grounded in a climate room, where temperatures of raw materials, tools and measuring equipment are all kept within ± 1 degree Celsius. These optimally controlled surroundings enable us to produce parts with focus on small tolerances and a very high degree of repeatability.

We are dedicated to the manufacturing of micro components and possess a wide range of special equipment for clamping, handling and measuring – even for the most complex items.

After a successful prototype process, we start the actual production. Mekoprint possess some of Europe’s most modern production facilities, with capacity to scale the prototype series up to serial precision cnc turning manufacturing – regardless of volume.

At Mekoprint, we are with you through the entire process, also including the possibility of surface treatments after production. Anodizing and painting are in-house technologies, complemented by a wide range of close sub suppliers on surface treatments.

The delivery time of our prototypes depends on the complexity and completion of the project.

If the surface is particularly critical, we can pack the components separately to avoid scratches and handling damage.
