We have more than 25 years of experience in the advanced micro turning and micro milling process.

We are performing micro turning and milling of complex micro machined parts with extreme precision.

We have created high precision mechanical micromachining solutions within demanding industries, such as, aircraft, aerospace, defence, energy, optical and medical machining.

With our highly complex 5-axis micro milling technology, we are able to produce the most complex micro parts possible in tolerances under 5 μm.

We are milling in all materials, such as titanium, aluminum, steel, stainless steel and PEEK machining just to name a few. However, we offer an even broader specter of materials, and have recently created a new solution in Mu-Metal.

cnc micro milling advantages

  • Multi axis machining for creation of complex geometric features.
  • Precision milling of parts with tolerances under 5μm are produced daily – measured by the most modern measuring equipment from GOM.

An automated 24/7 precision milling setup

We are performing ultra precision machining on the high precision cnc micro milling machine Mikron HSM 200 U LP with a tool magazine of 140 micro tools.

It is possible to perform micro drilling and milling of even the most complex item in one or two fixings within a workarea of 160 x 160 x 200.

Precision micro machining of parts with high demand of precision takes place in a climate-controlled environment with a temperature variation of raw materials, tools and measuring equipment within only ±1 degree Celsius.

This gives us the possibilities to perform micro cnc milling under the best possible conditions.

Our lead-time for micro cnc milling is very short – approximately between 5-10 days, of course depending on the item complexity and the stage of completion.

For items with particular critical surfaces, we recommend individual packaging of each separate item. Our yearlong experience always guarantees the optimal packaging solution, keeping your items safe during transportation and handling.
