ROLL-TO-ROLL PRODUCTION (R2R)
One of Mekoprint’s core competencies is screen printing and digital printing on flexible foils. For smaller series, production is carried out on sheets while, for high volume production it is done in a roll-to-roll setup.

Mekoprint’s roll-to-roll production has been designed so that both printing and subsequent processes are performed from roll to roll.

Mekoprint production of printed electronics and graphic overlays in high volume takes place in this cost-effective setup which is extremely competitive on a global scale.

Mekoprint can produce at an item price that is often lower than in Asia, but customers should be completely assured of a consistent quality, as the production process is so automated.

With five multi-station roll-to-roll printing lines, Mekoprint can produce up to 40 km of printed electronics every day.

Products from Mekoprint are always prepared and optimised so that they can be included directly in the customer’s production – either stamped to size, cut into sheets or delivered on a roll for automatic pick-and-place.
