Over many years, our talented team has specialised in small and large workpieces for demanding industries.

Surface treatment is a particularly well-suited measure against corrosion, which is an unintended degradation of, amongst other things, metals by the effect of air or water. Most of us know this problem as rust on iron and steel.

IN-HOUSE METAL SURFACE TREATMENT

At Mekoprint, as a complete supplier of workpieces we want a close collaboration with our customers. As a committed partner, Mekoprint already is ready to advise on the surface treatment of workpieces as early as in the development and design phase.

Mekoprint’s state-of-the-art technology inventory has many surface treatment methods such as:

  • Powder coating
  • Wet coating
  • Anodising
  • Passivation with Surtec 650

Mekoprint is also always available for the production of workpieces prior to surface treatment. Here, Mekoprint has some of Europe’s most modern production facilities and technological equipment.

In collaboration with its customers, Mekoprint has developed robust and cost-effective workpieces. With the tools to perform, amongst other things, anodising, powder coating and wet coating and to perform screen printing on the workpieces, Mekoprint can handle the entire value chain in-house.

In order to ensure deliveries in the best possible quality for our customers, Mekoprint works with leading suppliers of surface treatment.

We can coat workpieces after production. As we are a full-line supplier that can handle the whole process, we have the ability to optimise our customers’ process.
